By purchasing from Kovane (shopkovane.com) you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

All Kovane products are printed on demand. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor calibration and the nature of the printing process. We do our best to represent products accurately in all listing images.

Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins promptly. We cannot guarantee cancellations or address changes after an order is submitted. Please contact us immediately at hello@shopkovane.com if you need to make a change.

Intellectual property

All photographs sold through Kovane are original works owned by the photographer. Purchasing a print grants you a licence to display the work in your personal space. It does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the image commercially in any form.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include shipping. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

Limitation of liability

Kovane's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays caused by carriers, or issues arising from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
