Our policy
Because every Kovane piece is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each print is made to order and cannot be restocked.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with the following:
— Your order number
— A clear photograph of the damage or defect
— A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Lost orders
If your order has not arrived and tracking shows no movement, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement order at no cost.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced at no cost. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we can sometimes correct it before production begins.

Kovane prints are produced by a third-party print partner. Quality guarantee claims are subject to review. Color variations within acceptable tolerance levels are not covered under our replacement policy.
