How we ship
All Kovane prints and frames are printed on demand and fulfilled through our print partner's network, which includes production facilities in Toronto and Montreal. Your order is produced close to you — reducing shipping time and environmental impact.
Please note: Kovane currently ships within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery time includes production plus shipping. Exact times vary by product and location and will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping is included in the price of every order. No surprises at checkout.
Packaging
Every print is packaged to arrive undamaged. Unframed fine art prints are protected and shipped flat or in rigid packaging. Framed prints are wrapped and boxed with protective corners.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your order directly with the carrier.

Production and delivery times are estimates provided by our print partner and cannot be guaranteed. Final shipping costs and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout. Kovane is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
